Technician/ Engineer (Instrument & Control, up to 45K)

Our client is a client side company and they are hiring for a Maintenance Technician / Engineer

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for complex instrumentation and control systems
  • Provide expert-level emergency response and corrective maintenance support, minimizing downtime through rapid issue resolution
  • Develop and execute calibration protocols for critical sensors and monitoring systems, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Lead fault diagnosis and recovery operations during system failures, developing and implementing strategic contingency plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for system modifications, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Partner with contractors and system providers to resolve complex engineering challenges
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and maintenance procedures
  • Strategically manage inventory of critical spare parts to maximize system availability

Technical Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Instrumentation and Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in instrumentation and control system maintenance and engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC and SCADA technologies
  • Experience with various sensor technologies and monitoring systems
  • Background in biogas/town gas handling equipment (advantageous)
  • Experience with gas monitoring systems (desirable)
