Key responsibilities:

As a Property Officer or Assistant Property Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations across office, commercial, and retail properties.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Deliver concierge services and tailored property management support to tenants and visitors
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and complaints with service-focused solutions that enhance satisfaction
  • Monitor maintenance activities, security protocols, and cleaning standards to uphold Grade A office expectations
  • Support tenant engagement initiatives by sharing relevant property information and fostering community relationships

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Property Officer or Assistant Property Officer – Office, Commercial and Retail, your background should reflect hands-on experience managing properties within busy urban environments.

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Property Management or related disciplines is essential
  • At least three years of proven experience in property management within office or commercial settings
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Chinese for effective stakeholder communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues empathetically while building trust
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality
