As a Property Officer or Assistant Property Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations across office, commercial, and retail properties.

Candidate profile:
To excel as a Property Officer or Assistant Property Officer – Office, Commercial and Retail, your background should reflect hands-on experience managing properties within busy urban environments.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Property Management or related disciplines is essential
- At least three years of proven experience in property management within office or commercial settings
- Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Chinese for effective stakeholder communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues empathetically while building trust
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality
