A property management firm seeks a Property Manager to oversee a major Hong Kong shopping mall, ensuring smooth operations, tenant relations, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

As Property Manager, you will oversee operations, manage tenant and stakeholder relations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency and financial control.

  • Act as Site In-Charge of a major shopping mall and key liaison between landlord, tenants, and service providers
  • Oversee full property management to ensure smooth operations, compliance, tenant satisfaction, and asset value enhancement
  • Supervise contractors and in-house teams for maintenance, security, cleaning, and service improvements
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure operational efficiency and service quality
  • Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly to maintain strong relationships and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with OC, community, government bodies, and partners to support collaboration
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting while reviewing and improving operational procedures for efficiency

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong large-scale property management experience, Hong Kong regulatory knowledge, financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder and service management skills.

  • Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Professional membership (RPHM/CIH/HKIH) or PMP(T1) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of BMO, DMC, tenancy agreements, and related ordinances
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with customer-focused mindset; proficient in English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
