Property Officer (Senior-AM, 13 months up)

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Assistant Manager Property Officer, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of various properties throughout Hong Kong.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute events smoothly
• Develop and implement digital promotional campaigns for malls
• Manage event logistics and oversee smooth on-site operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate for this position brings proven experience managing properties within Hong Kong’s vibrant real estate sector. Your profile includes:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mall promotions or marketing within property developers
• Senior candidates may be considered for Senior Officer or Assistant Manager level
• Fluency in English and Chinese required
