BMS Engineer (Data Centre)

A leading data centre operator seeks Building Management System Engineer in Hong Kong to manage BMS setup and optimisation across advanced infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities:

As BMS Engineer, you will install and commission BMS systems, coordinate with stakeholders, use BIM tools, and support system performance and improvement.

• Configure, set up, and manage Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Install and commission controllers and gateways
• Provide technical guidance on equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and safety compliance
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of targets

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring experience in BMS within data centres or E&M, hands-on controller/gateway installation, BIM familiarity, bilingual fluency, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

• Higher Diploma in Building Services, E&M, or equivalent; Degree holder preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with Main or E&M contractors in Hong Kong
• Hands-on experience with BMS controllers and gateways for HVAC or electrical systems
• BIM experience highly preferred
• Candidates with higher qualifications or extensive experience may be considered for Senior BMS Engineer roles
• Strong spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills
