An aviation organisation seeks an Assistant Manager to drive aviation quality assurance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate departmental risk assessments, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are developed, implemented, and continuously improved
  • Represent the department on Quality, Health & Safety, and regulatory compliance matters, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards
  • Act as the departmental focal point for Safety Management System (SMS) implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee and maintain staff competency programmers, managing both technical and non-technical training to meet regulatory and organisational requirements

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in aircraft engineering, component engineering, or quality management
  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Completion of Hong Kong Airworthiness courses and Familiary with the Part-145 regulation is an advantage
