Senior engineer (HVAC, 13 months up)

A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Engineer HVAC to oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of MVAC systems across diverse projects.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Engineer HVAC, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of MVAC systems while supporting business development through precise documentation and stakeholder coordination.

• Support the Project Manager in MVAC fitting-out and maintenance projects
• Ensure smooth operation, servicing, and performance of MVAC systems
• Prepare tenders, quotations, and project submissions
• Supervise technical staff, contractors, and maintenance activities
• Monitor project quality, progress, and compliance requirements

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in building services engineering or mechanical engineering, along with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin). You are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

• Degree or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of MVAC maintenance or installation experience
• Proven experience in tendering, quotations, and project documentation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems operations and maintenance
• Good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin communication
