(Assistant) Manager (EV Charging, 5-day, up to 55K)

Our client is searching for a candidate with experienced in EV charging industry

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive product innovation through prototype development and technical validation
  • Lead cross-functional teams in proof-of-concept projects and integration testing
  • Develop technical specifications and validate product performance
  • Guide technology evaluation and implementation processes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Analyze and improve product performance through data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Engineering/Computer Science degree
  • 5-8 years' experience in IoT, automation, or EV charging solutions
  • Technical expertise in Modbus, MQTT, and OCPP protocols
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin advantageous)
