Senior Architect / Associate (AP)

A leading Hong Kong firm seeks Senior Architect / Associate (AP) for infrastructure and Real estate projects spanning government institutional and private sectors.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Architect or Associate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hong Kong’s built environment by managing architectural projects from concept to completion.

• Lead government, institutional, and private architectural projects from planning through completion
• Manage project schedules, team coordination, and staff guidance/training
• Oversee concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation
• Drive project management, contract administration, client meetings, and site inspections
• Deliver quality outcomes through leadership, stakeholder collaboration, risk control, and strategic problem-solving

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in managing architectural projects within Hong Kong’s regulatory framework.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with Hong Kong Authorised Person qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (HKIA or equivalent) in Hong Kong architectural projects, with more senior titles considered for candidates with extensive experience
• Strong expertise in design, contract administration, technical detailing, and HK building regulations
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Commercially minded, tech-savvy, quality-driven team player able to perform under pressure
