Senior Regional Finance Manager | FP&A

About the role:

This is a key regional finance role with a strong emphasis on FP&A, finance business partnering, and commercial support. Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Senior Finance Manager will work closely with regional and country stakeholders to drive financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead regional FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis
• Provide commercial and financial insights to regional management to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Act as a finance business partner to key stakeholders across operations, sales, and regional leadership
• Analyse regional performance, trends, and KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations
• Support regional initiatives such as cost optimisation, pricing analysis, investment evaluation, and business cases
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency
• Ensure consistency and best practices in financial planning and analysis across markets
• Collaborate with country finance teams and shared service centres where applicable
• Support ad-hoc projects and regional management requests

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is needed
• Big 4 trained with subsequent commercial in-house experience
• 6+ years of solid experience in FP&A and finance business partnering within a regional or multinational environment
• Exposure to logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation-related industries is highly advantageous
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to engage and influence non-finance stakeholders
• Proven experience working with regional stakeholders across multiple markets
• Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced business
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
