  • Act as a finance business partner to commercial and operations teams, providing decision support through forward‑looking analysis and scenario assessment
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for management, enabling timely and informed business decisions
  • Design, build, and continuously enhance management information and dashboards, ensuring visibility over key revenue and cost drivers
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluation
  • Work closely with the accounting function to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity between management information and statutory figures
  • Establish and refine FP&A processes, controls, and reporting cadence suitable for a growing and evolving organisation
  • Serve as a hands‑on contributor in a lean finance setup, with scope to scale systems and capabilities as the business expands
  • Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc analyses driven by senior management and business needs

Candidate profile:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is required
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant FP&A experience, with exposure to fast‑growing, entrepreneurial, or transformation environments highly desirable
  • Previous background in Big 4 audit firm is highly preferred
  • Hands‑on and inquisitive mindset, comfortable working independently and building processes from a blank slate
  • Solid financial modelling and advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines
