Key responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst within this retail multinational's Hong Kong office, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that directly influence the company’s success.

• Lead monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for management review
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to provide actionable financial insights
• Analyse sales, margins, inventory, and expenses to support strategic decisions
• Maintain accurate financial data, ensure timely reporting, and support ad hoc analysis/projects

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles within retail or consumer product sectors. Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis
• Background in retail, FMCG, trading, or consumer products is preferred
• Strong analytical, Excel, and ERP/reporting systems skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, with good English and Chinese communication skills
