Regional FP&A Manager | MNC | 55K

Based in Hong Kong, this individual contributor role partners with regional leadership to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support across multiple countries.

The position offers strong regional exposure, engagement with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven analysis and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly financial analysis and management reporting across multiple APAC markets
• Analyse business performance against budget, forecast, and business plans, identifying key drivers and variances
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and support markets in achieving regional targets
• Prepare clear and structured presentations for regional and senior management meetings
• Develop financial models to support pricing, investment evaluation, and profitability analysis
• Partner with functional stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecast exercises
• Review capital expenditure proposals and support post-investment performance reviews
• Handle ad hoc analysis and projects as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within a regional or multinational environment
• Strong analytical mindset with solid commercial awareness
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
• Comfortable managing large datasets from multiple sources
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Well-organised, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced regional role
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage
