Looking for high-potential "high flyer" candidates with at least 3 years of experience to drive strategic financial insights and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, conduct variance analysis, and identify trends or opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly reporting, compliance with financial standards (HKFRS/IFRS), and contribution to annual budgeting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience in an MNC environment.
  • High flyer profile: Proven analytical skills, financial modeling expertise (advanced Excel, Power BI), and strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
