Senior Finance Manager | APAC | 80k

A retail organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead APAC financial strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead APAC reporting, drive insights, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

• Lead APAC financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external requirements
• Oversee AR/AP processes and support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insight, explain key decisions, and support commercial performance
• Review financial controls, processes, and reporting standards across the region
• Work closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to drive consistency and efficiency
• Support management with analysis, forecasting, and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong finance expertise, Big 4 and commercial experience, and solid stakeholder management.

• CPA qualification is must-have
• Solid experience in financial reporting and AR/AP
• Prior experience in both commercial roles and Big 4 is required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to articulate the rationale behind financial decisions and influence business partners effectively
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced regional environment
