Finance Manager | US Listed | 65k

A US listed company seeks a Finance Manager in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial reporting and consolidation in accordance with US GAAP
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business performance
• Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements and internal control frameworks
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and drive decision-making
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and working capital optimisation
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit processes
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant. AICPA is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with mandatory experience in US-listed companies
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on SOX compliance experience
• Proven track record in financial reporting and business partnering
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
