Accountant (AR) | Property | 30-35k

A property group seeks an Accounts Receivable Accountant in Hong Kong to ensure accurate tenant ledgers and support financial reporting within a supportive finance team.

Key responsibilities:

As an AR Accountant, you will handle end-to-end AR operations including invoicing, billing, reconciliations, month-end close, audit support, and tenant coordination.

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations
• Prepare billing, issue tenant invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile AR accounts and maintain accurate tenant ledgers
• Support month-end closing, prepare schedules, and assist audit requirement
• Liaise with property management teams and external stakeholders on billing and collection
• Maintain proper documentation and support management reporting
• Participate in system enhancements and ad-hoc finance projects as needed

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring AR experience, strong accounting and system skills, attention to detail, and a reliable, proactive approach to meeting deadlines and supporting finance operations.

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ AR accounting experience, preferably in property or real estate
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and time management skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and written)
• Able to work independently and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
