As the Finance Manager, you will manage comprehensive financial activities, including reporting, analysis, audit, and tax compliance. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

About the Company:
Our client is a premier luxury retail brand. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all accounting operations for the Korea market. The role is based in Hong Kong. We welcome applications from both local candidates and expats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and improve profitability.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with in-house experience in the Korea market required.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Korean and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Open to expats with relevant experience.
