A leading multinational manufacturing/construction company seeks a Group Finance Director in Hong Kong to lead regional finance, drive strategy, governance, and growth across markets.

Key responsibilities:

As Group Finance Director, you will lead multi-entity finance, drive strategy, governance, ERP improvements, and partner stakeholders to deliver growth.

• Lead regional group finance, overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Manage consolidation and ensure accurate, timely multi-entity, multi-country reporting
• Partner with regional business leaders on strategy, commercial decisions, and performance improvement
• Oversee finance operations: controls, compliance, treasury, tax, audits, and governance
• Drive finance transformation, ERP optimisation, cash flow, and build a high-performing team

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring multinational finance leadership experience, ERP expertise, industry exposure, and strong stakeholder, communication, and team leadership skills.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in regional group finance within MNCs (manufacturing/construction/project-based preferred)
• Proven regional scope experience
• Strong ERP expertise (implementation/rollout/advanced user) in multi-entity environments
• Solid consolidation, reporting, controls, business partnering, and strong leadership, communication, and language skills (fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
