A manufacturing organisation seeks an Assistant Manager for Corporate Finance in Kowloon to drive M&A, capital markets, and strategic finance initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you will support M&A, investor communications, financial analysis, and budgeting while collaborating across teams to drive strategic, value-creating decisions.

  • Lead capital markets and transaction advisory, including funding origination, debt/equity structuring, and capital optimisation to support business growth
  • Execute corporate finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and divestitures, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiations
  • Manage investor relations (IR) by preparing investor materials, communicating financial performance, engaging stakeholders, and supporting equity and debt fundraising
  • Build financial models, perform scenario and risk analysis, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and treasury activities to support business operations

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring corporate finance experience, transaction expertise, strong analytical skills, ERP knowledge, and effective stakeholder management.

  • 3+ years’ corporate finance experience, ideally with M&A and IR exposure
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and capital markets, with advanced Excel and ERP (SAP/Oracle) proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus) with strong commercial acumen in fast-paced deal environments
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required
