Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Conduct market research and financial analysis to support growth strategies.
• Manage M&A transactions, ensuring due diligence and alignment with corporate goals. Coordinate with legal and financial advisors.
• Develop long-term objectives and actionable plans to enhance business performance.
• Optimize portfolio through strategic partnerships, divestitures, and restructuring to maximize value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, agencies, and industry peers.
• Prepare and present investment memorandums and board papers. Communicate market and project updates effectively.
• Present strategic initiatives to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
• Work across departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives and promote cohesive execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record in leading corporate and real estate investments.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, etc.
