Our client is a stable Chinese group in Hong Kong. They are seeking a qualified Finance Manager with experience in Chinese companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Min 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within Chinese companies.
• Strong understanding of Chinese financial regulations and practices.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
