Our client, a well-established and publicly listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and transformation. This is a confidential executive search.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and shareholder interests.
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across all business units.
- Foster a high-performance culture and lead the executive team with integrity, accountability, and vision.
- Represent the company to shareholders, regulators, partners, and the broader business community.
- Oversee financial performance, risk management, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to enhance shareholder value.
- Engage effectively with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and public sector stakeholders to support the company’s strategic initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in a listed company or large enterprise, preferably with regional or global exposure.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and Greater China.
- Demonstrated success in leading business transformation, M&A, or digital innovation initiatives.
- Solid experience in working with government bodies and public sector stakeholders in Hong Kong.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a C-suite or equivalent role.
