A reputable bank is hiring UX/UI Assistant manager to join them.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant UI/UX Manager to design user-friendly digital experiences. You'll transform complex processes into simple, elegant solutions, ensuring alignment with brand and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers, business, and product teams.
• Conduct and support UX research and usability testing.
• Ensure accessibility and user-centered design best practices.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing desktop and mobile design.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, etc.
• Experience in user research and agile environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
