Java System Analyst

The role will focus on architecture design, system integration, technical governance, and software framework enhancement. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality technology solutions are delivered consistently across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and provide technical guidance across multiple development projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and practical technical solutions.
• Prepare architecture documentation, technical specifications, data models, and solution designs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of architecture standards across backend systems.
• Drive software development best practices and contribute to the enhancement of internal frameworks and architecture processes.
• Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing to development teams.
• Promote the effective use of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled development tools.
• Support system implementation, integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with technology standards, policies, and governance requirements.
• Support server and application environments, including configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 6+ years of experience in software development and IT operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead role.
• Proven experience in system architecture, application integration, and software delivery projects.
• Strong hands-on development background in Java and Spring Framework.
• Good understanding of system design, software architecture, and development best practices.
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
