UAT Tester - Banking (New System)

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in UAT planning and execution, hands-on experience with banking data and campaign management, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the new banking system.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive UAT plans.
• Identify, document, and report defects with clarity and accuracy to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular status updates and testing reports to project and business teams.
• Ensure that the delivered system meets business expectations and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with banking data, campaign management, and related business processes.
• Proven track record of planning and executing UAT in banking or financial systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms commonly used in UAT (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Excel).
