Project Manager (Digital / IT Projects) - Financial Services

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource utilisation and foster a culture of shared responsibility for project success.
• Monitor ongoing projects to guarantee adherence to established governance structures while identifying areas for process enhancement or risk mitigation.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex concepts into accessible formats.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing insights on project performance metrics and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Contribute actively to the achievement of organisational goals by ensuring that all projects deliver measurable benefits within agreed timelines.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management or related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred for those seeking further advancement.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, AGILEPM or equivalent is highly desirable; additional certifications like ITIL, COBIT or LEAN would be advantageous.
• 3+ years proven experience managing projects using various methodologies including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches within complex organisational settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in content creation—particularly graphic design for PowerPoint presentations—as well as UI/UX design for web portals or digital platforms.
• A track record of supporting continuous improvement initiatives by researching new trends in project management methodology and applying relevant learnings promptly.
