Key Responsibilities:

Project Financial Management

  • Track and report financial performance across projects.
  • Oversee budgets and expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Oversee vendor and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Support contract negotiations and resolve disputes.

Resource & Project Planning

  • Plan and allocate resources across multiple projects.
  • Forecast and manage resource requirements and conflicts.
  • Optimize resource utilization and improve project efficiency.

Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Implement project management methodologies and templates.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze project data to identify and address risks or delays.
  • Liaise with project teams to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
  • Prepare and present status reports to management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, Tableau
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
