Intune Engineer (6-month Contract)

A financial institution seeks an Intune Engineer to manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager, ensuring secure, compliant endpoints and seamless Azure AD integration in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for Windows, iOS, and Android enterprise devices
• Manage device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment lifecycle
• Support Azure AD / Entra ID integration, including Conditional Access and identity-based security controls
• Implement endpoint security measures, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and security baselines
• Perform patch management, OS updates, software distribution, and ongoing endpoint maintenance
• Troubleshoot device, policy, and deployment issues while supporting Zero Trust and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support Intune migration projects (e.g., SCCM transition), and maintain documentation, reporting, and endpoint health monitoring

Candidate profile:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) administration within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 endpoint management, configuration, and lifecycle support
• Solid knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Application Management (MAM), Group Policy, and Azure AD / Entra ID integration
• Hands-on experience with SCCM co-management and/or migration from SCCM to Intune
• Proven ability to support hybrid endpoint environments and modern device management strategies
