VIP Support - Finance

his role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and ServiceDesk Lead to proactively identify and address IT issues, enhancing service quality and reliability. The successful candidate will ensure a premium level of IT support for both office-based and remote VIP users, prioritising efficiency, confidentiality, and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dedicated, personalised IT support to VIP users
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for various hardware and applications
  • Set up and maintain executive workstations and meeting rooms
  • Proactively monitor and address IT needs for VIP members
  • Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems
  • Handle escalations promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality while providing IT support
  • Provide training and guidance to VIP users on IT tools and security best practices
  • Collaborate with vendors and facilities teams for timely maintenance resolution
  • Manage IT asset inventory

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 3+ years of IT support experience with at least 1 year in an executive support role
  • Experience with SaaS ITSM Suite tools such as ServiceNow
  • Technical expertise in workstation hardware, software applications, mobile device management, network-related services
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills capable of interacting effectively with senior executives
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and incident management processes
  • Experience managing AV systems, video conferencing solutions
