Change Management Manager – Digital & AI
Drive people-focused transformation initiatives, enabling successful adoption of innovation and technology programs through engagement, communication, and capability development.
Job Duties
- Lead organizational readiness initiatives to facilitate the successful implementation of strategic transformation and emerging technology projects across the Group.
- Develop and execute people-focused transition strategies to ensure new solutions, processes, and ways of working are effectively embraced by employees.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and business teams to foster alignment, engagement, and sponsorship throughout project lifecycles.
- Design impactful communication campaigns and engagement activities that increase awareness and support for transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate learning, coaching, and capability-building programs to equip users with the knowledge and confidence required for successful adoption.
- Establish adoption measurement frameworks, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.
- Assess organizational impacts, identify potential resistance points, and formulate mitigation plans to support smooth transitions.
- Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment of change activities across different markets.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years experience in organizational transformation, employee engagement, project communications, or business change within a sizable corporate environment.
- Exposure to digitalisation, automation, artificial intelligence, innovation, or large-scale technology deployment projects.
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Skilled in developing engagement plans, user enablement programs, and adoption initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
- Comfortable working in a matrix structure across multiple countries, business functions, and project teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced regional environment.
