ATM Tester/Business Analyst (30k, Contract)

A leading financial institution seeks an ATM Tester / Business Analyst in Hong Kong to support digital banking transformation, deliver high-quality ATM solutions, and enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end ATM product lifecycle activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions
• Lead system testing and validation for ATM enhancements, ensuring high-quality, reliable deployments
• Develop project documentation, implementation plans, customer communications, and training materials to support successful delivery and user adoption
• Provide post-implementation support by resolving and escalating ATM system issues to maintain operational stability
• Deliver insights through MIS reporting and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years’ business analysis or manual QA testing experience within the financial services or banking industry
• Hands-on experience with ATM and debit card operations, payment systems, wealth management, cash management, loans, securities trading, insurance, FX, or branch banking platforms
• Familiarity with ATM testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices, with knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Willingness to support occasional after-hours UAT testing, with compensatory leave provided
