Project Manager – Client Onboarding Transform- Bank
Seeking an experienced Business Transformation PM with 5+ years in banking, expertise in commercial/corporate banking, stakeholder management, and bilingual proficiency (Cantonese & English). Short-term contract available immediately.
Job Duties
- Lead the review, redesign, and enhancement of customer onboarding journeys to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Manage end-to-end transformation projects related to New-to-Bank (NTB) customer onboarding, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, compliance, and technology functions to drive process improvements and change implementation.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and governance activities while providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation, management reports, presentations, and performance dashboards to support decision-making and executive reviews.
- Support the rollout of process transformation initiatives and ensure successful adoption across relevant business units.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for customer onboarding and operational processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or large-scale transformation environments.
- Proven track record in process reengineering, operational improvement, or customer onboarding transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
- Solid project management and process management capabilities with a structured and results-driven approach.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on enhancing service quality and customer experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Candidates with immediate availability or short notice are highly preferred.
