Finance Business Analyst ( renewable contract , CPA )

A leading Real Estate organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Business Analyst to drive finance transformation, deliver actionable insights, and enable strategic business decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data, trends, and variances across business units to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and management reporting, ensuring accurate financial projections and performance analysis
• Develop and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to improve financial visibility, operational monitoring, and reporting effectiveness
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to provide financial guidance, support ad hoc analysis, and translate complex financial information into business recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement by strengthening financial processes, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and knowledge sharing across the finance function

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, with 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis or business analysis; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and scenario planning
• Experience working in cross-functional business environments, partnering with senior stakeholders while ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and Hong Kong regulatory requirements
• Proficient in analysing complex financial data, developing actionable insights, improving finance processes, and communicating recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, supported by strong collaboration skills and a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
