Tech Product Analyst (Digital Innovation Team)

Tech Product Analyst supporting digital innovation projects, business management and team operations within a leading life insurance company's transformation team.

Job Duties

• Support the Digital Innovation Team in driving digital product initiatives and technology enhancement projects.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, translating user needs into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, user feedback and product performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Assist the Team Head in business management activities, including budgeting, reporting, meeting coordination and administrative support.
• Prepare management reports, presentation materials and business updates for senior management.
• Support team logistics, resource planning and cross-functional communications.
• Conduct market research and benchmark digital trends to support innovation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, digital transformation or related fields.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or digital product environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese with good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of providing strong business and administrative support to management.
