The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will own end‑to‑end requirements, drive Agile delivery, and ensure solutions align with business outcomes, customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Problem Framing

  • Identify business problems, opportunities, and improvement areas.

  • Define initiative scope, objectives, and success metrics.

  • Analyse current processes to highlight gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.

• Business Solution Design

  • Lead design of business solutions across operating models, product definitions, and service delivery.

  • Clarify customer needs, value propositions, and stakeholder priorities.

  • Ensure solutions support product readiness, lifecycle management, and architectural principles.

• Requirements Ownership

  • Own end‑to‑end requirements elicitation, validation, and management.

  • Define business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Design future‑state processes, work instructions, and operational enablement.

• Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology.

  • Build alignment and consensus on solutions, priorities, and delivery approach.

  • Present insights, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Delivery Leadership

  • Drive delivery of medium to large‑scale initiatives or complex workstreams.

  • Lead BA activities in Agile delivery: backlog definition, sprint planning, refinement, UAT coordination.

  • Act as the authority for requirements and solution clarification throughout execution.

Requirements

• 6–8 years’ experience in Business Analysis / Solution Design.

• Proven ability to lead requirements and solution design for complex initiatives.

• Experience working across business and technology domains in Agile or hybrid environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Analytical thinker with structured problem‑solving capability.

• Commercial awareness with ability to link solutions to business outcomes.

• Experience in process automation or digital transformation programmes.

• Background in telecommunications, connectivity, or technology‑led environments.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, API‑led/system integration, and enterprise delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
