Business Analyst – Digital Product Delivery- FS

A leading financial institution is seeking a Digital BA to drive digital product delivery. You’ll manage end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and support agile execution in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for candidates with banking/insurance digital experience and strong stakeholder skills.

Job duties:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital banking products from discovery to post-launch support
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX/UI, Risk, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, delivery plans, and user stories
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect management, and release readiness
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and project progress; provide status updates
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes

Job requirements:

• 3–4+ years’ experience in digital product delivery within banking or financial services
• Strong BA skillset with experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence and delivery documentation
• Knowledge of Digital banking / Insurance products (e.g. mobile apps, online platforms)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines
• Familiarity with UAT coordination, release management, and SDLC
• Degree in IT, Business, or related disciplines
