Product Owner – Digital Product -Customer Apps (FSI)

Job Duties

• Drive end-to-end digital product delivery for customer-facing applications (e.g. e-service platforms, agency digital tools)
• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with business, IT, UX/UI, and vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and UAT coordination
• Analyse customer journeys and user data to enhance product experience
• Manage stakeholder expectations and change management for smooth rollout
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise product outcomes

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital product management / Product Owner role
• Hands-on experience in customer-facing applications or digital platforms
• Preferred background in Insurance / Financial Services / Digital products
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
