Digital Business Analyst –Digital Bank/Wealth/Stock/Securites

A leading financial institution is seeking a Digital BA to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units and product owners to define requirements and create user stories for system scoping.
• Validate Functional Requirements/Business Solution Specifications to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance digital channel development and initiatives.
• Conduct market research on competitors and propose innovative features for wealth/investment products.
• Lead UAT by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and monitoring progress with users/testers.
• Manage project risks, issues, and inter-dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Oversee the execution of changes and rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions to target states.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in financial services or related fields.
• Experience in projects related to FX / Bonds/ Securites / Stocks or wealth/investment products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex operational environments and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills for workflow and process analysis.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure effectively.
• Immediate availability or short notice is a plus.
