Cloud Project Business Analyst - JLPT N2 is a plus

Support global cloud transformation projects by bridging business and IT, driving requirements, and delivering scalable solutions across international teams.

Job Duties:

- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for global cloud transformation projects

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on cloud solutions

- Support end-to-end project delivery including requirements definition, solution design, testing, and implementation

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to translate business needs into cloud-based solutions

- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risks across multiple regions

- Ensure solutions align with cloud best practices (e.g. Azure, AWS) and organisational standards

- Support UAT, change management, and user adoption within global rollout initiatives

Job Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or cloud-related projects

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

- Experience working on regional or global projects with cross-functional teams

- Solid skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g. Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps) are an advantage

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Fluent in English; Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is a plus

- Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
