Key responsibilities:

As an AI Product Manager, you will define and deliver the strategic direction of a Knowledge Graph platform that enables AI-driven data transformation and intelligent search capabilities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, AI Product Lead, and UX teams to define the vision and roadmap for automating data transformation into graph-based and AI-ready structures.
  • Partner with business analysts and AI teams to translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories that support feature development and delivery.
  • Prioritise features with product owners and use-case leads, managing story-level decisions to maximise business value and delivery speed.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning sessions, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to drive effective team coordination.
  • Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and user needs.
  • Ensure governance integration by enforcing standards around model oversight, privacy, data lineage, and AI risk mitigation across the product lifecycle

Candidate profile:

You are an experienced AI Product Manager with strong exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, and Agile delivery environments, capable of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience in technical product management within AI/ML or data-centric product environments
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including team facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and prioritisation frameworks
  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Technical knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and vector databases
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs (e.g., Neo4j) and semantic technologies such as RDF/OWL
  • Experience with autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) for advanced document processing and analysis
