Senior BA- Finance Transform- EPM - Financial service

Lead a global finance system transformation project, managing EPM solution implementation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global implementation of an EPM solution, managing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale EPM or finance system implementation projects (e.g., Oracle Fusion EPM, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting modules within major EPM solutions.
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with regional teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
