Tech Program Manager / Senior Project Manager - Banking ~100K

Drive impactful technology projects for a banking client by leading end-to-end delivery while ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including initiation, planning, execution, governance, and closure.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
• Manage stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure accountability and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with control standards (e.g., change management, security, resilience, regulatory commitments).
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and performance where applicable.
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery practices; oversee sprint/release planning as needed.
• Track project benefits and outcomes while ensuring operational readiness and adoption.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, Proven experience delivering technology change in areas such as applications, infrastructure, cloud, data integration, or cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in planning and managing dependencies across complex environments.
• Familiar with Banking Environment
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models or hybrid approaches.
• Financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend tracking).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written/verbal).
• Proficiency in tools like Jira/Confluence or MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master) are desirable but not mandatory.
