Regional PM - HCM / Retail / ERP

This role requires exceptional planning, resource management, and vendor management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users across regions. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional workforce management system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-regional business users to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Manage vendors effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress against timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science / Information technology or relevant discipline
  8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, handling regional/global projects.
• Solid expertise in HCM, retail, or ERP system implementations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and work collaboratively with diverse teams across regions.
• Exceptional planning and resource management capabilities.
