(Assistant) Manager, Digital Product Design (Contract)

We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user‑centered digital experiences across our platforms.

Key responsibilities:

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end digital product design solutions that improve user experiences across platforms while working closely with cross-functional and international teams.

• Collaborate with product team, developers, and business stakeholders to design user‑centric digital products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools
• Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant, functional design solutions
• Enhance existing product interfaces and contribute to new feature design from concept to delivery
• Ensure consistency by applying and evolving design systems and UI standards
• Incorporate user feedback, analytics, and business goals into iterative design improvements
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across regions to deliver scalable digital experiences

Candidate profile:

You are an experienced UI/UX or digital product designer with a strong portfolio and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive digital experiences within fast-paced, regulated or SaaS environments.

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or digital product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design work (web and mobile)
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Experience in financial services, SaaS, or other complex, data‑driven industries preferred
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional and international teams
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is a plus
