Project Manager (Oracle, Finance, SQL)

My client is looking for a experienced ERP PM for their oracle finance project.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations across supply chain, order-to-cash, and financial project management workflows.
• Gather, prioritize, and deliver technical configurations or platform extensions using relevant tools and technologies (e.g., integration and business process tools).
• Assist in implementing process improvement strategies across multiple departments.
• Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect insights, perform process reviews, and drive operational enhancements.
• Maintain and curate a centralized knowledge base (e.g., standard operating procedures, root-cause analyses, release notes summaries).
• Provide support for new system initiatives and perform additional tasks as needed.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in information systems design, development, and project management, with a minimum of 3 years in financial technology and transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in implementing ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms) and managing change initiatives, with a strong understanding of governance.
• Prior experience in ERP consulting or working with professional services/consulting firms is advantageous.
• Strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or others).
