Project Administrator (IT Finance)

A well-established client with global presence is seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to project managers and teams by handling tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your responsibilities will involve in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), organizing events, and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platforms such as ITPR.
  • Help coordinate and organize meetings, events, and activities (e.g., IT Fun Club).
  • Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Higher education in Accounting, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Oracle is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage competing priorities.
  • 3~5 years of experience in project admin, project management, or relevant fields
  • Fresh grads will be considered as Assistant
