Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master you will be a key driver in fostering Agile practices across our teams, ensuring smooth Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will enable our teams to collaborate effectively, adapt to change, and deliver value consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to enhance self-organization and high performance.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Track and report Agile metrics to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve team conflicts, promote collaboration, and foster a healthy team environment.
  • Guide teams through organizational changes and support change management initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and promote collaborative team dynamics.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
  • Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting tools.
  • Skilled in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and development tools is advantageous.
  • Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP is preferred.
  • Short notice availability is a plus.
