Project Manager/ Business Analyst - Investment /Banking
As a Project Leader, you will manage the entire lifecycle of this critical modernization effort, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to determine business requirements, craft tailored solutions, and ensure our systems meet stringent standards for security, quality, and compliance. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering a smooth transition to more advanced digital banking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive management of the legacy banking system upgrade project with a product-driven approach.
- Monitor project progress from initiation through implementation, providing regular updates and reports to executive management.
- Identify potential challenges and risks early, developing strategies to mitigate impacts and keep milestones on track.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes, ensuring clear communication with all involved parties.
- Control project expenses, ensuring financial targets are met with accountability.
- Clarify project dependencies and allocate resources effectively to sustain project momentum and meet organizational objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives and establish operational procedures to support end-user adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Oversee deployment plans and ongoing service management, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, promoting best practices across the organization.
- Drive technological innovation, supporting users through digital transformation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 4-9 years of experience managing projects and products, solid experience in chanege management and handle prrorgamme level project ,preferably within financial services or regulatory technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms or regulatory systems is highly desirable.
- Skilled at translating complex business needs into functional product features.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau is an advantage.
