A global banking institution seeks a UI/UX Digital Product Designer to create intuitive digital experiences and shape customer-focused banking solutions across global platforms in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

As a UI/UX Digital Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric digital banking experiences across global platforms.

  • Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance customer experience design
  • Deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions including research, interaction design, visuals, and UX writing
  • Use user research insights to define, validate, and improve customer journeys
  • Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure aligned and consistent design outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of craft, accessibility, and detail across all design deliverables
  • Support design systems development and mentor junior designers to foster team growth

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong UX/UI design experience, advanced Figma skills, and a track record of delivering intuitive, customer-centric digital products, ideally in regulated environments.

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital product design with strategic ownership linking decisions to business and customer outcomes
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI across web and mobile with measurable results
  • Expertise in Figma and core UX disciplines including research, interaction design, IA, testing, and visual storytelling
  • Experience in complex or regulated environments, ideally financial services, with strong compliance awareness
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices for diverse audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills across global cross-functional teams with effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to create clear UX content (UK English preferred) and mentor others while driving continuous improvement
